Ralph McQuarrie was the concept artist for the Original Trilogy, creating the characters, costumes and props we so love today. RMQ's original designs changed when they went into production with the films but artwork and books still exist which give us insights to the artists original vision for the film.

In this case, RMQ envisioned the standoff between Luke Starkiller and Darth Vader in this iconic art piece. 

We have recreated the sabers by using all of the resources available to us to stay true to the original vision of these characters and sabers.

Full aluminum construction, hollow with a single switching solution made for a fully removable chassis and ready for pixel installations.
